Activate and use your My ASU account
Use your My ASU account to check your application status, see if anything is missing, and track your I-20 status.
1. Receive an email from ASU
You’ll receive an email advising you to sign into My ASU 1–3 days after your application is submitted to ASU.
2. Activate your account
Click the link in the email to sign in to My ASU.
4. Check My ASU regularly
Stay updated on your application status and check your Priority Tasks list to ensure you stay on track.

Ensure all documents have been submitted
Make sure you have submitted all documents — including official test score reports.

Start gathering financial documents
You’ll need these documents for your I-20 and international student visa.
Use our handy checklist to ensure you have everything you need for when you apply for your visa:
- Financial Guarantee form
- Financial documents, such as bank statements or a scholarship letter
- Copy of your passport
